Set in the light-filled lobby of Grand Millennium Auckland, this beautifully crafted experience invites you to slow down and savour a selection of handmade sweet and savoury treats.

The Aviary cocktail menu features innovative drinks crafted with clarified plant-based milks and creams. The Grand Colada, a lighter take on the classic piña colada, features clarified coconut cream infused with pandan.
Serenity Shores combines clarified almond milk and golden falernum, creating a spiced rum chai latte perfect for evening indulgence. Don't miss Me 'n' U, a coffee and white chocolate cocktail that was a 2023 Campari Red Hands finalist, inspired by the flavours that bring people together.
